Let your imagination run wild and your creativity be expressed by organising a meeting like no other. Starting from groups of 12, right up to parties of 1000 people, there are various rooms and spaces available, fully equipped to suit your needs. From U-shape to theatre and boardroom style setups, Disney can tailor these spaces to meet your specification.
With the chance to also hold team building activities throughout Disneyland® Paris, there are plenty of options to get everyone involved and hone in on skills that will encourage partnership between colleagues and enhance motivation. Day 1
Travel to Disneyland® Paris and get down to Business
Travel from the UK to Disneyland® Paris, arriving at your onsite Disney® Hotel, Disney’s Sequoia Lodge. Experience nature in all her majesty in this cosy mountain retreat, inspired by the Great National Parks of America! If you love the great outdoors, you’ll feel right at home. Located just a 10 minute walk away across Lake Disney® or a couple of minutes via free shuttle bus from the Disney® Parks, you will never be far from the magic!
Your meeting room, ideally located in Disney’s Newport bay Club, just a short walk from your hotel, will be available for a few hours in the afternoon. Tailored to ensure we meet your needs and requirements, additional services can be added such as audiovisual and technical equipment. Supplements may apply. Please ask for more details.
After a busy afternoon of getting down to business, head back to your rooms to freshen up ready for a delicious 3 course meal in the Disney Village®.
Day 2
Enjoy the Disney® Parks and experience a Team Building Activity like no other
Enjoy a continental buffet breakfast before taking advantage of Extra magic Hours*, where you and your colleagues can access selected areas and rides in Disneyland® Park 1 hour before regular park opening.
Make the most of exploring 5 lands where the world of fantasy becomes a reality! Experience big thrill on Star Wars™ Hyperspace Mountain and Indiana Jones™ and the Temple of Peril, or for the big kids amongst you, take a spin on the Mad Hatter’s Teacups and blast away with Buzz Lightyear’s Laser Blast.
After a morning spent enjoying all on offer in Disneyland® Park, grab a bite to eat at Earl of Sandwich before the team building commences! Located in Disney Village® and offering the World’s Greatest Hot Sandwich, you’ll be spoilt for choice with wraps and salads also available. The Hawaiian BBQ is definitely a favourite!
After lunch, it will be time to begin the magical team building activity!
With the Roadmap to Adventure team-building mission, you will experience your own story!
The Disney villains have taken over the Park and it will require more than the shake of a wand to stop them! Armed with a touch screen tablet, you and your team will rise to challenges all over the Park, from the most emblematic attractions to the secret hidden corners.
Only the most observant and daring teams with a perfect team spirit will have the chance of winning this interactive treasure hunt which takes them around the park!
After you have completed the tasks at hand, there will be a small ceremony with announcements of everyone’s position and presentation of awards.
It will then be time to say Au Revoir to Disney and head back home with your newly inspired team and memories to last a lifetime.

Disney’s Sequoia Lodge
At Disney’s Sequoia Lodge, experience nature in all her majesty. This hotel is inspired by the Great National Parks of America! If you love the great outdoors, you’ll feel right at home. Located just a 10 minute walk away across Lake Disney® or a couple of minutes via free shuttle bus from the Disney® Parks, you will never be far from the magic!
The rooms feature decor inspired by Disney’s Bambi and the landscape resembles that of an American National Park in all its glory. Each room can sleep up to a maximum of 4 people. (Plus 1 infant in a cot). All rooms come with 2 double beds, an en suite bathroom and flat-screen TVs with Disney TV channels for the young and young at heart.
Don’t forget to make use of Extra Magic Time – exclusively for Disney® Hotel guests. BOTH Disney® Parks are open 1 hour early for guests staying in a Disney® Hotel with selected attractions available and selected Disney Characters out and about. Plus, it’s the perfect time to get a Castle Selfie!
