Jordan is the perfect incentive destination, where your staff can marvel and wonder. A fusion of modernity and ancient wonders, cultural gems await at every turn. From the comparatively modern streets of the capital, Amman, to the dazzling ancient city of Petra, Jordan is a bountiful offering.

Treat your staff to an incentive trip sure to inspire and enthral. Take a tour of the cosmopolitan capital, Amman and then head back in time. Disconnect from the modern age with a stay in a Bedouin camp, complete with tents, Arabian music and dessert surroundings. Venture into the dessert the following morning, perhaps on camels, in hot air balloons or in jeeps. Experience a place unlike any other; desolate, quiet and simultaneously vibrant.

During your visit, take some time to explore Petra, a city hand-carved into sheer rock face. A wonder of the ancient world, this city is a bucket list topping sight. Hidden away in great cliffs, it is awe inspiring. Petra will not fail to wow your guests. Another essential part of your stay is an excursion to the Dead Sea. Your staff will relax and unwind as they float in the salty waters. Why not indulge in some mud treatments?

The sweeping desert and echoing formations of Wadi Rum, the hidden, hand-hewn facades of Petra and a treasure of archaeological sites all make Jordan a dream destination. Therefore, it’s a fantastic way of thanking your staff.

Suggested Activities & Excursions

Amman City Tour

Although a relatively modern city in middle-eastern terms, Amman is well worth exploring. Embark on a tour of Jordan’s capital highlights including a visit to the Citadel with its Byzantine and Islamic remains. Downtown Amman is a hubbub of mosques, souqs and coffeehouses. There are also leafy districts abundant in galleries and cafes, and more traditional areas to explore.

Madaba and Mt Nebo

Visit Madaba, a market town known for its Byzantine mosaics. A 6th century mosaic map of the Holy Land can be seen on the floor of St George’s church, as well as numerous other vibrant mosaics around the town. Perhaps learn about the city’s fascinating history in the Madaba Archaeological Park. Also visit Mount Nebo, the revered burial site of Moses. Climb to the top of the mountain – a bonding activity for your staff – and be rewarded with views into the valley and across the river Jordan.

Petra & Wadi Rum

Petra is a dazzling ancient wonder. Mysterious and magnificent, it was carved into the sheer rock face by diligent Nabateans more than 2000 years ago. Its red rock and soaring cliffs never cease to awe onlookers. Continue to the Wadi Rum, an enchanting desert landscape where you can learn about the nomadic lifestyle of native Bedouins. Drive through this fascinating landscape in 4×4 jeeps to the great mountain of al Khazali.

Dead Sea

At the lowest point on earth, relax and enjoy the world’s largest and most spectacular natural spa. This is a wonderful treat for your delegates, allowing them to relax and unwind as they float in the Dead Sea’s mineral-rich, salty waters and indulge in a rejuvenating mud treatment.

Bedouin Campsite and Desert Excursion

Settle down for the evening at a private Bedouin campsite. Colourful hand-woven rugs and tents are illuminated by candlelight. Guests are greeted with Arabian music, which will also accompany their evening meal, enjoyed at low tables. Spend a magical night sleeping in the silence of the desert under the gaze of the stars. At dawn, set out to explore the desert. Climb aboard hot air balloons and take to the skies to drift peacefully over this remarkable landscape. Take in the breathtaking sand dunes and rock formations below.

1001 Arabian Nights

Enjoy a special party complete with elaborate entertainment. This celebration of your staff, their successes and dedication, will reflect the lavish celebrations held in times gone by. Themed around the 1001 Arabian Nights, your colourful event will incorporate Arabic Meze with Bedouin music and exotic belly dancing.
