Staying on-site at Disneyland® Paris, start your morning with a team meeting without even leaving your hotel. After a successful morning, your team will be free to explore the magic of the two Disney® Parks!

Day 1
Travel to Disneyland® Paris
This morning, make your way to Disneyland® Paris and check in to your Disney® Hotel, Disney’s Newport Bay Club. Enjoy the charm of this 1900s coastal mansion nestled next to Lake Disney. Awash with maritime romance, this Hotel is just a 15 minute walk from the Disney Parks, or just a few minutes by the free shuttle bus.
Enjoy an evening of dinner and drinks in Disney Village® before heading back to your Disney® Hotel for a peaceful night’s sleep ready for a successful morning of meetings tomorrow!
Day 2
Magical Meetings
Enjoy a continental buffet breakfast before making your way to the conference area.
Your meeting room, ideally located in Disney’s Newport Bay Club, will be available from 9am – 1pm. Tailored to ensure your needs and requirements are met, you will be able to make the most of your time in the conference space. Additional services can be added should you need further audiovisual and technical equipment. Supplements may apply, please ask for more details.
After a busy morning of getting down to business, you will get the chance to discover the magic of the two Disney® Parks.
In Disneyland® Park, make the most of exploring 5 lands where the world of fantasy becomes a reality! Experience big thrills on Star Wars™ Hyperspace Mountain and Indiana Jones ™ and the Temple of Peril, or for the big kids amongst you, take a spin on the Mad Hatter’s Teacups and blast away with Buzz Lightyear’s Laser Blast.
Or for the film fanatics amongst you, make your way to Walt Disney Studios® Park, where the world of movies and television comes alive!
Day 3
“Au Revoir” Disneyland® Paris!
After an early breakfast, make the most of Extra Magic Time*, a perk exclusive to Disney® Hotel guests! Get access to both Disney Parks one hour before general park opening. The perfect time to get that selfie in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle, meet some of your favourite Disney characters and ride selected popular attractions with minimal queuing!
This afternoon, grab a bite to eat before saying “Au Revoir” to Disneyland® Paris and making your journey back home to the UK with memories to last a lifetime, exciting new goals for the year ahead, and a team of motivated and inspired employees!

Disney’s Newport Bay Club
You’ll find a celebration of all things sea-faring at Disney’s Newport Bay Club. Set a course for relaxation and enjoy the atmosphere of a 1920s New England mansion on the shores of Lake Disney. It even has its own lighthouse.
The hotel has recently been renovated and the refurbished rooms boast a stylish and nautical ambience with all rooms containing 2 double beds as well as offering complimentary Wi-Fi and a flat screen TV.
Inside you’ll find plenty of opportunities to relax in the welcoming atmosphere of a New England sailing club. As well as a choice of restaurants and the Fisherman’s Wharf bar, you’ll find a swimming pool, sauna, and whirlpool bath and fitness room.
